QA Scorecard — 4F Formula assessment with gap analysis and progress tracking

What It Does

Three Operating Modes

Full Assessment

Complete business plan evaluation that produces the full 6-component QA Scorecard. Requires an EvaluationContext with your business overview.

The scorecard includes:

4F Dimension Scores

PMF, FMF, BMF, and Fortune with levels and weights

Impossible Triangle Balance

Detects imbalance when max-min spread exceeds 25 points

Gap Priority Matrix

Gaps sorted by severity x impact for focused improvement

Endorsement Readiness

Per-body readiness percentage: ready, almost, or needs-work

Stage Assessment

Checks if your score meets the threshold for your stage (idea, MVP, revenue, growth)

Top 5 Action Items

Ranked priority actions with dimension and estimated score impact

Quick Check

Focused evaluation of a single BP section. Scores only the sub-dimensions relevant to that section and returns targeted gaps with improvement suggestions.

Progress Track

Compares two evaluation results to show your trajectory. Identifies which dimensions are improving, stable, or declining. A delta of less than 3 points is considered stable.

Stage Thresholds

Your score is evaluated against the minimum expected for your current stage:

StageMinimum ScoreWhat It Means
Idea40Early-stage concept with basic validation
MVP55Working product with initial market evidence
Revenue65Generating revenue with growing customer base
Growth75Scaling business with proven traction

Skill Chain

Based on the assessment results, the skill recommends what to do next:

  • If 3 or more critical gaps are found, recommends @bp-reviewer to address writing quality
  • If the stage assessment shows you are not on track, recommends @quality-gate to check transition readiness

Tips

  • Run Full Assessment after major changes — get a complete picture of your endorsement readiness
  • Use Quick Check while editing — validate individual sections as you write them
  • Track progress over time — the Progress Track mode shows your improvement trajectory
  • Focus on high-impact gaps — the Gap Priority Matrix sorts by severity x impact so you fix what matters most
