Torly.AI provides AI-powered assistance for:

• 31 specialized business validation skills

When using Torly.AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Not share your account with others
• Verify all AI-generated content before submission to authorities

Torly.AI operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model:

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys from AI providers
• API keys are stored locally in your browser and are never sent to our servers
• You are responsible for all charges from AI providers based on your usage
• We are not responsible for any API key misuse or unauthorized access
• You must comply with the terms of service of each AI provider

• Platform access is free for basic features
• Premium features may require a paid subscription
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

You may not use Torly.AI to:

• Submit false or misleading information to government agencies
• Generate fraudulent business plans or documents
• Engage in any form of immigration fraud
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Torly.AI and its original content are owned by Innovatorly Ltd
• You retain ownership of content you create using our platform
• You grant us a license to use your content for service improvement
• Our brand, logo, and trademarks may not be used without permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any visa application outcomes
• We are not responsible for third-party AI provider services
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Torly.AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
