TorlyAI guides you through creating a compelling UK Innovator Founder Visa business plan with AI-powered assistance. This quick start will have you working on your business plan in under 5 minutes.

Prerequisites

  • Download and install TorlyAI from the homepage
  • A business idea for your UK visa application
  • Basic information about your professional background

Step 1: Launch TorlyAI

After installation, launch TorlyAI. You'll be greeted by the main workspace where you can start a new business plan project.

Tip: TorlyAI works offline, so you can work on your business plan anywhere.

Step 2: Start Your Journey

TorlyAI uses a 7-stage workflow to guide you through the entire business plan process:

  2. Assessment - Analyze your profile and skills with Dumbledore
  3. Planning - Create your customized business plan specification
  4. Writing - Generate all 7 BP sections with Harry & Hermione
  5. Review - Quality and compliance check with Kingsley
  6. Interview Prep - Practice for your endorsement interview with Dobby
  7. Submission - Export and finalize your application

Step 3: Begin with Discovery

Click on the Discovery stage to begin. McGonagall will guide you through:

  • Structured questions about your background and skills
  • Exploring potential business concepts
  • Early risk detection for visa compliance
  • Comparing multiple ideas with weighted scoring

Step 4: Connect Sources (Optional)

Enhance your workflow by connecting external data sources:

Step 5: Understand Permission Modes

TorlyAI has three permission modes that control how the AI agents interact with your data:

Explore Mode (Safe)

Read-only access. Agents can view but not modify your data.

Ask to Edit Mode

Agents will ask for permission before making changes. (Default)

Auto Mode

Full automation. Agents can make changes without asking.

Use Shift + Tab to cycle between modes.
