Score Dashboard
Visualise your endorsement readiness across all four dimensions
What It Does
The Score Dashboard turns your 4F Formula assessment into a visual command centre. Instead of reading through assessment text, you see at a glance which dimensions are strong, which need work, and what to do next.
4F Dimension Breakdown
Your overall score is a weighted average of four dimensions:
Product-Market Fit (PMF)
30%Does your product solve a real problem for an identifiable market? Covers problem validation, solution uniqueness, and target customer definition.
Founder-Market Fit (FMF)
25%Are you the right person to build this business? Covers relevant experience, domain expertise, and team capability.
British Market Fit (BMF)
25%Why does this business need to be in the UK? Covers UK market opportunity, job creation potential, and regulatory alignment.
Fortune (Timing & Luck)
20%Is the timing right for this venture? Covers market trends, competitive landscape, and macro-economic conditions.
Score Levels
Each dimension and your overall score maps to a colour-coded level:
| Level | Score Range | Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|---|---|
| Excellent | 80–100 | Green | Strong endorsement readiness |
| Good | 65–79 | Blue | On track with minor gaps |
| Fair | 50–64 | Yellow | Significant improvement needed |
| Poor | 0–49 | Red | Critical gaps to address |
Dashboard Components
Weighted Score Bars
Visual bars showing each dimension's score with its weight contribution to the overall total.
Gap Action Items
Prioritised list of improvements sorted by severity and impact. Focus on the top items for the biggest score improvement.
Body Readiness
Shows how your scores map to each endorsement body's threshold — ready, almost ready, or needs work.
Score-Driven Tasks
Automatically generates gap-closing tasks on your Kanban board when scores fall below thresholds.
Continuous Assessment
The assessment orchestrator monitors your business plan for content changes and can automatically trigger new 4F evaluations. When you update a section — or when an agent produces new content via the Content Pipeline — the orchestrator detects the change and re-runs the assessment.
Change Detection
Monitors business plan sections for content changes and triggers assessments when significant edits are detected.
Score Progression
Track how your scores evolve over time as you iterate on your business plan. Assessment records are persisted for historical comparison.
Gap-to-Task Generation
When the assessment identifies gaps — dimensions scoring below their target threshold — the gap task generator automatically converts them into actionable tasks on your Kanban board.
Assessment finds PMF gap → Creates task “Strengthen market validation evidence” → Assigns to Hermione → Task appears on Kanban board
Gap tasks include the specific dimension, sub-dimension, current score, and target score — giving agents clear context for what to improve.
Tips
- Check after each major edit — run an assessment after updating a business plan section to see your score change
- Watch the Impossible Triangle — if the max-min spread between PMF, FMF, and BMF exceeds 25 points, the system flags an imbalance
- Focus on red dimensions first — a single poor dimension drags down the weighted total disproportionately
- Use gap tasks — accept the auto-generated tasks to systematically close gaps
